These Honey-Orange Pistachio Bars

Bring together everything we love about Mediterranean sweets: warm honey, citrus brightness, crunchy pistachios, and a buttery base that holds it all together. They’re surprisingly simple to make, naturally flavored, and feel like something you’d enjoy in a sunny coastal café.

The texture is the perfect balance of chewy and crisp, with caramelized honey on top and a fragrant hint of orange zest. They’re ideal for dessert plates, quick sweet bites during the day, or gifting in small wrapped squares.
